- The purpose of the letter to the name of the position does not write down the name of the person, an example of the true filling (Human Resource Development Manager, Head of Human Capital, etc.)
- Not abbreviating the name of the position , an example of Filling in HRD, Head of HC, etc.)
- Do not write down the name of the company in the destination of the letter , an example of filling the wrong (Director of PT.XYZ, Head of HRD PT. XYZ) because the company's name has been listed in filling in the company name
- Do not write down in writing the address of the agencies, because the city is included when filling the city column of the agencies. Writing the address is sufficient with the name of the road, No, Kecamatan, Kelurahan
- Not writing the address is too long and in filling the address does not use enter
- For filling practical work must fill in the interest in demand
- For filling the final project & course assignment, if not group in filling the members, fill in the names of the students themselves
- For filling the final project & the assignment of courses is required to fill in the required data
- Making a maximum letter of 2 companies, (if there is a reply not received, you can confirm to the FRI admin to make a new introduction letter).
- If the status has been downloaded, a letter of introduction can be taken at the FRI admin.
If students do not follow the charging rules, the admin will not process the submission of the letter / letter will be reject.
