This activity is part of community service activities carried out as a follow -up to the previous community service program, namely the design of the population data collection application and facility management. This activity is carried out as a stage of implementing the use of applications that have been made in order to benefit the Sasar community, namely the RT and RW management in RW 17 Lengkong Village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. At the beginning of Pandemi Covid-19 carried out a socialization activity for the use of this application online, but experienced constraints of acceptance from participants. With these constraints, a socialization activity for the use of population data collection applications and facility management applications is held.
This socialization activity was held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the Multipurpose Building RW 17 Lengkong Village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. The activity was attended by participants who were administrators of RT and RW in RW 17 Lengkong Village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. This community service activity was organized by the Team of Industrial Engineering Study Program lecturers consisting of Nurdininya Athari, S.Si., MT, Afrin Fauzyya Rizana, ST, MT, and Augustina Asih Rumanti, ST, MT
in this activity, explained how to use applications by Mr. Rayinda Pramuditya Soesanto., ST, MT to all participants. In this application there are several menus, including the population data collection menu, RW facilities data collection menu, security guards and janitor data menu, as well as data collection menus for citizen contributions. In the population data collection menu, primary data can be filled on family cards, permanent population data, as well as a picture of population infographic. Whereas the data collection menu can be filled in facilities in RW 17, such as GSG, Green Space, Bicycles, etc. On the security guard menu and janitors the security guards can be filled in the identity of the security guards and the janitor on duty. Whereas in the data collection menu, the residents 'contribution payments can record the progress of payment of contributions from residents so that control can be done on the status of payment of citizens' contributions.
During the socialization activity, all participants immediately practiced the use of applications on their respective laptops. Participants enter the population data samples on each RT family card guided by the Team of Lecturer and Staff of the Telkom University Industrial Engineering Study Program as the committee of this activity. After being inputted several samples of population data, then shown how to see the recap of population data per RT or per RW. Furthermore, the activity continued by filling in RW facility data.
Chairman of RW 17 stated that participants felt the benefit of this application. The obstacle faced by participants is that the data input process of each family card requires enough time and accuracy. Chairman of RW 17, Avan Fajri, hopes that this application can continue to be developed so that it can be accessed through the website and is integrated with Posyandu data.
