Online Learning Strategy Workshop: Telkom University Telkom University Community Service Team

Telkom Bandung Vocational School is a vocational high school that was established under the auspices of the Telkom Education Foundation. As one of the well -known vocational high schools in Bandung, Telkom Bandung Vocational School is committed to producing superior generations of the nation, especially in the IT field. The obstacle faced is the lack of knowledge of teachers in the importance of using teaching materials, namely teaching aids as a media that helps teachers in delivering teaching materials to students, especially online learning media. With the existence of online teaching aids that are arranged ergonomically, the teaching and learning process will take place better, the teacher is increasingly facilitated in teaching and students are easier to understand the subject matter. In this regard, training is needed for teachers at Telkom Bandung Vocational School of importance and the use of teaching aids, especially online teaching aids that are needed in the current demonstration. This will improve the teacher's ability to teach and facilitate students in understanding the subject matter.

This online learning strategy workshop was held online using the zoom application by inviting teachers at SMK Telkom Bandung. There are 25 teachers who attend this workshop. In this workshop, representatives of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering namely Mr. Muhammad Iqbal ST, MM gave a presentation on the use of interactive online learning platforms. Based on the results of the event feedback, it is known that the teachers of the Bandung Telkom Vocational School are enthusiastic about the implementation of the workshop and assesses that in general, the organization of the workshop is quite good. The Telkom Bandung Vocational School hopes that the next workshop will be held that can improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in the Telkom Bandung SKM.
