Google Spreadsheet is a spreadsheet application from Google PPS that has good capabilities in meeting the information needs of an organization. This application can also collect and process data, and share information quickly and accurately. But unfortunately there are still many organizations that have not been able to maximize the use of Google Spreadsheet for the needs of information systems or applications in the work done.
With this consideration, the Industrial Engineering Study Program Team consisting of lecturers, staff, and students wants to hold community service activities aimed at organizations or MSMEs to support business processes with the use of spreadsheets to be more efficient and effective.
This community service activity is intended to provide solutions to the real problems that occur, by conducting training in the use of spreadsheets. This training was carried out by a team in partnership with Lumina Business Training and Consulting. Lumina itself is a business consultant that is actively involved in increasing human resources (HR) to increase creative, innovative, and independent new business productivity in West Java Province. This community service activity was carried out on Monday, January 9, 2024, at Lumina Business Training and Consulting, Jl. GBA 2 BLK. B1 No.14, Cipagalo, Kec. Bojongsoang, Bandung Regency, West Java.
Kegiatan pelatihan ini berlansung, dimulai dengan pembagian Buku Sistem Informasi & Aplikasi Berbasis Google Spreadsheet yang ditulis oleh Bapak Muhammad Nashir Ardiansyah Ph.D, selaku ketua dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengmas, dan dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dan demo mengenai sistem informasi sederhana dari penggunaan google spreadsheet , diantaranya pembuatan folder dan dokumen spreadsheet pada google drive, pembuatan formulir daring, pembuatan basis data, pembuatan tampilan halaman pengumuman, dll. Then after the presentation of the material, continued with a question and answer session from the training participants and continued with a group photo session.
