Solid performance in the organization one of which can be obtained through the commitment of each individual in the organization. Individuals who have a high commitment to the organization have an influence on the performance and satisfaction of their jobs (Sait, 2017; Syarifin & Atmaja, 2023). In non-profit organizations (non-profit organizations), a number of problems were found including those related to the commitment of their members to the program and organizational goals. Persis young women are one of the non -profit organizations aimed at becoming one of the da'wah institutions for the people of Indonesia, especially for teenagers and young adults. With the number of administrators totaling more than 500 administrators and the number of thousands of worshipers throughout Indonesia made this organization one of the institutions that had an important role in the development of human resources in Indonesia, especially those related to religious issues. The existence of Persis itself is one of the branches of the parent of the Islamic Unity organization that was established in 1923 in Bandung. Based on interviews with the Chairperson of the Central Board of the Central Administrative Administrators, namely Farah Fatihah, S.Pd.I., with a large number of management, of course it raises the problems and dynamics themselves including the involvement and commitment of members (management) in existing programs.
Therefore, in this community service program, the Engineering Management Expertise Group of the Faculty of Engineering Industry implementing the Assistance Program for the Center for Persis Center for Pesis, represented by Litasari W. Suwarsono, M.Psi., Psychologist; Dr. Fida N. Nugraha, M.Psi., Psychologist; Dr. ATYA N. AISHA, MT Assistance Program is carried out in several stages. The first stage is the identification of the assistance needs carried out through the discussion of the core management and also the representatives of the KK EM. The second stage, is the program design. The third stage is the implementation of the program and the last is the evaluation stage.
The program implementation was carried out at the Central Management Office of the Persis Administration, Jalan Kalipah Apo No.145C/22 Bandung on December 28, 2023. When the implementation was also carried out self-assessment to see the commitment of each individual, after which the self-reflection on matters that could and needed to be improved to strengthen the commitment in continuing to carry out the program and finally the participant jointly committed a joint commitment at least until the management ended. There are 9 agreed behavioral agreements and values, namely: Fast Response, In Time , and 7T ( Tadabur, Tafakur, Tafahum, Tabayun, Tak Tasahul, Takaful and Ta'awun ).
