Although during the Covid-19 pandemic, the wedding organizer business was affected, with the prohibition on the organization of the crowd. This impact makes changes on this business. As usual activities in this service, related to building orders, food catering, makeup, bridal clothing, photo documentation (photography) and video. Changes in the situation automatically change the business process and marketing efforts of this service. Although the condition is not normal, but this business is still very likely to continue to survive, considering that there are still many clients or potential customers who postpone the event to take place, one of them is to do promotions through the Wedding Expo. The problems faced by Ghaisaniyara (GY) Wedding House are, the absence of a platform that can help to do a wedding expo that can directly conduct consultation and re -booking activities in a virtual exhibition with wedding organizers and also with other vendor partners such as building catering, food catering, dressing clothing, bridal clothing, photo documentation (photography) and video.
On July 1, 2022 community service activities organized by the Research Lab Enterprise System and Solution with the title "Virtual Wedding Expo Innovation for Bandung Ghaisaniyara Marriage Vendors and Partners for Digital Promotion", this activity was held by working together with one of the wedding organizers . With this virtual exhibition, it is expected to help Ghaisaniyara (GY) Wedding House and vendor partners to provide engagement to potential customers by continuing to obey the health protocol. The socialization activity was attended by the Director as well as concurrently co-founder from GY Agnes Ariefiany. On this occasion Agnes gave a very positive response to the activities carried out, "Basically we from the WO team are greatly helped by the cooperation with the Telkom University. The hope is that the existence of this Virtual Expo will provide new breakthroughs for us and partner vendors to continue to promote our services to the general public who want to hold a marriage procession in the middle of Pandemi."
