The Teenager's Institute NGO is a non -governmental organization that focuses on the development of adolescent character. The Teenager's Institute was founded on July 29, 2011 and has a vision to produce a generation of teenagers who are intelligent, noble, and can be useful for the homeland and the nation. The Teenager's Institute aims to be a forum for Remajaremaja in Indonesia to channel their free time into positive things. As a way to apply the vision and mission that has been designed by the Teenager's Institute NGO so that it can be achieved effectively, then ICT empowerment must be carried out, one of which is by providing valid and reliable information in an integrated manner. However, websites are still considered less effective, especially for teenagers who interact more through gadgets and feel access through mobile application is easier to do than websites. The existence of mobile applications is expected to add engagement between NGOs and teenagers. This is because currently Teenager always relies on applications that exist on smartphones to access information, compared to using a browser to open a website.

To help the NGO, the Telkom University Industrial Engineering Community Service Community Service Team consisting of Dr. Luciana Andrawina, Afrin Fauzya Rizana, ST, MT, Rayinda Pramuditya Soesanto, ST, MT, and Nurdininya Athari, S.Si., MT together with the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University consisting of Dr. mobile applications can be with features that have been tailored to the needs of adolescents in adolescents. After testing the application of application, adolescent mobile applications can be felt to be able to provide benefits for teenagers through complete features where teenagers can register to take a workshop or seminar, counseling through the "Yuk Story" feature, add insight through articles and content that discusses about teenage problems.
