Telkom University is the only university that has an International Information Technology Certificate in Indonesia

Telkom University as an ICT-based tertiary institution has re-achieved ISO 20000-1: 2018 Certification for Internet Services, Attendance System and Information Systems Development, where previously Telkom University has been certified ISO 20000-1: 2011 in 2017 and is the only university that won international standards in IT management.
Quoting from the official ISO page, international standards for information technology service management (MLTI) is only given to organizations or corporations that meet some extra feasibility in information technology services, especially in terms of provision, planning, to the process of management information services based on communication technology.
