The challenges faced by PGTK teachers today are students who are included in the alpha generation, have lived side by side with technology and interact with gadgets early on, so that they are classified as digital natives . The use of digital-based learning media through e-learning provides its own challenges to students and teachers. One of the challenges faced by the teacher is to get used to the existing technology and use it as part of the learning media used in transferring knowledge to their students. On the other hand, teachers have not been fully skilled at using technology as one of the teaching media aids.

The Community Service Team from the Telkom University Industrial Engineering Faculty (consisting of Litasari lecturers Widyastuti Suwarsono, Fida Nirmala Nugraha, and Atya Nur Aisha, as well as Tel-U Fahrul and Salsabila students), have held activities to increase the previous PGTK teacher knowledge through a workshop on ALPHA generation. To support the teacher skills and knowledge development program in the digital age, we held an advanced workshop with the title "Digital -Based Learning Program Design" Project ". In this activity the material was given about how to design the right learning program in accordance with the direction for the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Program. In addition, the assistance was also given to PGTK teachers in Arcamanik District, especially related to the use of Canva technology in making teaching material projects.

The workshop was carried out offline on January 17, 2023, attended by 47 participants of the Arcamanik District PGTK teacher, which took place in the Arcamanik District Office Hall, Jl. Cisaranten Kulon. Activities are held in two parts, namely (1) the exposure of material, and (2) group discussion. In the first part the material was delivered from the resource person regarding the trend in the world of education, best practices in the preparation of the preparation of learning programs, as well as the introduction of canva applications. In the second section, participants are divided into eight groups, then each group is asked to compile a case example for a learning program for early childhood, as well as compiling the material more interesting in the Canva application.

Based on the feedback given from the training participants, 100% of participants gave a positive response regarding the content of community service activities in accordance with the needs of the participants' participants. It is expected that competency development activities for PGTK teachers related to digitalization in this education sector can be continued in other activities. In this activity a partnership was established between academics and government agencies, especially the Arcamanik sub -district who had work programs related to the PAUD Mother. Where in this program it is expected that there will be activities to increase knowledge and skills for PGTK teachers, in order to be able to provide PAUD coaching more optimally. Positive feedback and enthusiasm in the implementation of workshop activities can be an indicator of the implementation of the proposed community service program.
