concerning
Registration of Final Exist Examination
of Odd Semester Academic Year 2020/2021

Students of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering who can take the final semester of
academic year 2020/2021 are students with the following reasons:
1. Pain, so they cannot take the exam. Must attach:
a. Original illness certificate from a doctor, hospital/clinic equipped with letterhead, original signature, and official stamp (scan of original letter not photocopy)
b. Copy of drug prescription and receipt/receipt of drug purchases (scan of original letters not photocopy)
2. Competition, by bringing a dispensation/information letter following the competition.
3. Getting a disaster (a close family died), was strengthened by attaching a certificate from the authorities (the local hospital/RT RW).
4. Clash exam, by attaching evidence of the exam card.
5. Technical problems, so that they cannot take the examination activities and are required to attach evidence of approval from the lecturer (proven by the screen shot of communication with the relevant lecturer are allowed to take the supplementary examination)

The procedure for taking the follow -up examination is as follows:
1. Register the supplementary examination at the Bit.ly/uas_Susulan 2021Ganjil_FRI link, starting on Tuesday - Thursday, 19-21

January 2021.

the Exam Card and the above reasons) 5. Fill in the sub -sectional UAS registration form as much as the number of courses to be proposed.

The list of students who meet the requirements to take part in the Field of Fields will be announced on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 13.00 WIB at Igracias.
