Ghaisaniyara Wedding Stylist (GY) is a wedding organizer that is driven by business people in the age category that can be said to be young. The working atmosphere at Ghaisaniyara Wedding Stylist (GY) is very relaxed and kinship. Even so, when dealing with clients all GY employees will work very professionally. Although the work atmosphere is relaxed, the financial reporting process cannot be done with no serious. This is because the financial reporting process will help business owners to find out what company status. However, GY's operational director complained that they were not sure whether the financial reporting process carried out in the company was correct or not. Furthermore, they stated that often many receipts and BON, receipts, and other transaction proofs that were scattered so that they had difficulty looking for it when needed. In addition, the GY business owner feels that the results of the company's financial statements are considered to have a changing format and have not been well arranged. They feel they need to better understand how good financial recording processes and can carry out better recording processes and produce financial transparency to stakeholders, especially clients at Ghaisaniyara Wedding Stylist
To help the Wedding Organizer, the Telkom University Community Service Team consisting of Afrin Fauzya Rizana, ST, MT, Amelia Kurniawati, ST, MT, and Rayinda Pramuditya Soesanto, ST, MT conducted financial reporting training activities for wedding organizers with partners Ghaisaniyara Wedding Stylist. The training activity was held on Wednesday, December 7, 2020 online through the Media Zoom. Online media is considered because the Pandemic Covid-19 situation is still ongoing. Based on the results of the training given, the GY claimed the format of the financial statements and also the results of the training given greatly helped the financial reporting process, especially the financial statements of the client and vendor financial streams. Nevertheless some suggestions were given by the GY related to the Excel -based report format that had been designed by the community service team.
