As a superior study program, S1 Industrial Engineering at Telkom University fully supports the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Merdeka (MBKM) program and Matching Fund Kedaireka. The MBKM program is designed to provide freedom to students in managing their learning process independently and in accordance with the interests and career goals in the field of industrial engineering. The S1 Industrial Engineering Study Program creates an academic environment that supports this concept, allows students to choose courses, arrange schedules, to design curriculum flexibly according to personal needs and industrial demands. This includes opportunities to explore specific fields in industrial engineering such as the design of production systems, supply chain management, ergonomics, and system optimization.

In addition, this study program actively participates in Matching Fund Kedaireka, a funding initiative from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This program aims to encourage collaboration between universities, government, and industry to provide solutions to real problems in society that are relevant to the field of industrial engineering. Through this activity, S1 Industrial Engineering students are encouraged to contribute to research and innovations that support the increase in industrial efficiency, the development of production technology, and the application of sustainability principles, as well as building relevant skills in the fields of industrial engineering, such as data analysis, system modeling, and experimental design.
