Lasem sub -district is famous for batik production. IKM Rumah Merah is classified as a small and medium industry that is trying to accommodate batik, artists and tourist activists in the Lasem area to produce works that can highlight local wisdom. But in the pandemic period many challenges experienced by IKM Batik Rumah Merah, one of which was marketing batik products sold to the public. Because since the occurrence of Pandemi Covid-19 worldwide, the income earned by batik entrepreneurs in Lasem decreased more than 60% than usual (Setyawan, 2021). In order to maintain the existence of Lasem batik production so as not to go out of business, it is necessary to have a serious effort to maintain business continuity. Therefore, tourism businesses and batik entrepreneurs should not only rely on batik sales from tourists who visit Lasem, but also must be able to try to reach the products offered online. The Lokabisa website application aims to become a forum for IKM Batik Rumah Merah in introducing its products and the manufacturing process to the public through digital. This is because at this time, people always rely on technology such as website applications to access information. The use of technology in the form of Lokabisa website applications as a medium for learning online batik and virtual tourism at IKM Batik Merah Rumah will have an influence on changes in the work system of the Red House Batik IKM so that people who like batik and like educational, cultural, and religious tourism can still get the atmosphere even though under Pandemi Covid-19 conditions.

In helping the Batik Rumah Reda Batik IKM in facing challenges in the Pandemi Covid-19 period, the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Telkom University consisting of Dr. Augustina Asih Rumanti, Afrin Fauzyya Rizana, ST, MT, Lutfia Septiningrum, S.Si., M.Stat., Rayinda Pramuditya Soesanto, ST, MT, and Nurdininya Athari, S.Si., MT together with the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University consisting of Dr. Aloysius Adhya, Vincent Sigit, ST, MT, and Harfan Hian, ST, MT did several activities such as application design, brainstorming, concept development, UI/UX design in the design of the Lokabisa website application as an online batik learning media and virtual tourism at IKM Batik Redang Redang Rumah Batik with features that had been adapted to the needs of the community. After testing the use of the application, this Lokabisa website application can provide benefits for IKM Batik Rumah Lasem and other IKMs in promoting IKM to the public during Pandemi. The features in the Lokabisa website application are very complete and easy to understand, so that ordinary people can quickly capture information related to the process of making batik that is carried out at IKM batik red house.
