[vc_row] [vc_column] [vc_column_text] The number of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) groups in Indonesia is very numerous, one of them is in Bandung, West Java. The productive age community in Bandung has a high creativity to develop small businesses both such as food businesses, handicrafts, fashion and others. MSMEs become one of the important parts that affect the condition of the reconouncing in an area. In Indonesia MSMEs have contributed about 57.9%, the use of labor is 97.2%, non -oil and gas exports 19.9%and opening new jobs for approximately 9.6 million people.
Some factors that make MSMEs difficult to develop are the first lack of business capital and investment, access to capital for MSMEs is one of the reasons for MSMEs to be difficult to develop (Ay Ling, 2013). MSMEs also cannot get business or investment credit because they do not have assets that can be used as collateral, besides that financial records are also not good. The second is the lack of marketing, many MSMEs that make good quality products but are unable to compete with modern marketing methods so they are unable to compete in the market. The third knowledge is limited to MSME owners of business management, human resource management and others are also one of the inhibitors of the development of MSMEs. The fourth is not accustomed to making business planning and budget so that many MSMEs sell goods without calculating correctly how much production costs and others that are actually issued by the company. The fifth there is no production management so that the management of raw materials or finished materials does not take place effectively.
For this reason, community service that will be carried out will focus on providing scientific transfers and technology transfer to help MSME actors so that they have the ability to develop and compete in the current digital era. This community service will be carried out on MSMEs engaged in non -service including food producers and fashion .
In this community service partners will be given basic scholarship about making a simple work system. The work system is a work series consisting of humans, machines, materials, capital, environment and information systems that have the same goal (Inayati, 2019). Mitra will be given to the importance of integrating all components that exist in a business consisting of humans, materials, machines, capital, environment and information technology (Sutalaksana, 2016). Partners will also be given a workshop on production management ranging from inventory management and production scheduling. All information that has been improved will be digitalized using GoogleSheet.

- Partners have a work system using the operating process map, on this operating process map, partners can find out the daily production capacity that can be used to improve the performance of services to consumers and with this operating process map Mitra can also find out which work processes can be eliminated so that the process of one work cycle can be shortened
- Partners know that HPP in each product with clear calculations, this also helps partners to improve the selling price and recalculate the benefits, do not let their business do not experience sufficient profits to make them survive or develop
