In connection with the increasing and widespread distribution of COVID-19 and the establishment of the Emergency Status of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) by the central and regional governments, as follows:
- National Disaster Management Agency Policy of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 13 A Year 2020 concerning Extension of Certain Status of Disaster Disaster Diseases due to Corona Virus in Indonesia;
- West Java Governor's Policy Number: 443/Kep.189-Hukham/2020 concerning Certain Status of Emergency Disaster Disaster Disease due to Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in West Java.
So with this, the status of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) emergency status is decided in Telkom University with the following determination:
- The transfer of learning (lectures, examinations, trials and other academic activities) is carried out face to face to be online (online) until the end of the even semester 2019/2020 and there is no implementation of the Onsite practicum until that time.
- All students (dormitories and non-ask) are required to return to their respective parents/guardians' homes. If it is not possible to go home, then you must report to the Head of Affairs (Ka.UR) Faculty Student Affairs. Specifically for foreign students, they are required to report themselves to the International Office.
- Students (dormitories and non-ask) who have returned to their parents/guardians are not allowed to return to the campus environment (dormitory and non-ask) until the status of an emergency is set to end.
- All employees and daily freelance staff (TLH) are asked to do Working from Home (WFH) until May 29, 2020 with rules that continue to refer to the Rector's Instruction Number: 042/SKR4/Rek/2020 concerning Working From Home Policy in Telkom University.
- All academicians to remain calm and vigilant and always pay attention to all health protocols circulated by government authorities.
This circular is valid from the date of issuance and will be re-evaluated in accordance with the development of Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19).
