Telkom University Community Service is a routine program held in the framework of lecturers carrying out one of them. In 2022-2023, Telkom University collaborated with the Community Service Program with the Association of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (PPKM) which was once known as the Circle of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in the Regency of Bandung. PPKM has fostered and managed at least 300 MSMEs spread across 31 sub-districts in Bandung Regency with various different types of businesses.

This time the community service activity was carried by the name Platinum (Digitalpreneuship Training for MSMEs). Coordinated directly by the Telkom University Community Service Team and also PPKM represented by Mr. Danny Syarif. Platinum activities are divided into several parts. The first part is the capacity building training which was attended by 180 PPKM UMKM participants. Furthermore, 180 UMKM participants were divided into 3 levels of ability levels, namely Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Each group level group is divided into 2 classes namely class A and class B. One of the topic of the problem that is the focus of Abdimas this time is marketing management. Marketing management material is needed as a series of platinum to support market access capabilities and increase MSME competitiveness. The marketing management material provided through this training includes (1) 9 Core Marketing Elements, (2) Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, (3) Building Differentiation, (4) Designing Marketing Mix Some lecturers involved include Mrs. Sari Wulandari, MT; Mrs. Dr. ATYA N. AISHA, MT; Ibu Litasari WS, M.Psi., Mrs. Dr. Yati R., MT, Mr. Dr. Agus Achmad S., MT, Mr. Yudha P., Ph.D; Mr. Ir. Budhi Yogaswara, MT; and Mr. Dr. Husni Amani, M.Sc.

There were at least 83% (25) participants who attended from 30 participants who were invited to attend the marketing management training event which took place from 11-13 May 2023 at Grha Wiyata Cacuk Sudarijanto Telkom University. All existing participants generally declare satisfied with the series of training given. Various methods, such as simulation, self -reflection, lectures, games, are given to make participants understand and then can apply the knowledge gained during the training. As many as 88% of participants stated that the material could be well received, and the rest stated neutral. Regarding the need for activities like this in the future, all participants agreed/ strongly agree if this activity was held again in the future. With a positive feedback from participants, it is expected that in the future participants and also Telkom University with the platinum program will make a series of programs in various fields related to the development of MSMEs, such as assistance for digital marketing and more attractive product packaging.
