Puskesmas Babakan Tarogong already has an information system for controlling health supplies Puskesmas which is named Access (Puskesmas Health Supplies Control Application) which can be used since August 11, 2023. This application was developed by Mrs. Apt. Ika Purnama, S.Farm., MM from the Babakan Tarogong Health Center together with the Community Service Team from Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Telkom University, which is chaired by Isnaeni Yuli Arini. The application development process has been carried out since June 2023 with the main features in the form of e-formularium and information on health supplies in the Babakan Tarogong Puskesmas.
However, along with use, several obstacles were found in operation. These obstacles are especially in the process of updating inventory data that is considered inefficient. Therefore, the Tel-U team continued to develop this application by changing the system to be more effective and efficient in its use. The process of developing this information system takes place in the span of April-July 2024. During the development process, the discussion is always held together between the Tel-U team and the Puskesmas represented by Mrs. Ika Purnama, both through offline and online.
On July 17, 2024, the Telkom University Lecturer and Student Team, represented by Isnaeni Yuli Arini, Industrial Engineering Lecturer, Tiara Verita Yastica, Industrial Engineering Lecturer, Intan Permatasari Industrial Engineering Lecturer, Haryasena Panduwiyasa Lecturer in Information Systems, and Lukas Ricky Krisjatmiko Information Systems Students, visiting the Babakan Puskesmas Tarogong to conduct a new information system test that replaces the old system that replaces the old system that replaces the old system that replaces the old system. This new information system still uses the name of access and has the main function that is still similar to the old system, which makes it easier to deliver formulary information and health supplies stock information at the Babakan Tarogong Puskesmas. However, this new system has an advantage in the process of editing and updating inventory data by a more effective and efficient pharmaceutical admin.
After a trial on prototype , this new information system is considered much more effective and efficient in its use, and has an attractive design so that it will facilitate its use. Development will continue to continue to improve the performance of this information system in order to help the Babakan Tarogong Puskesmas, especially in the field of drug management and health supplies in pharmacy.
