Empowerment of family welfare or often known as PKK is a national movement in community development that grows from the bottom whose management from, by and for the community towards the realization of families who believe and devote to God Almighty, have noble and virtuous, healthy, prosperous and independent, gender equality and gender justice as well as legal and environmental awareness. To achieve this goal PKK has a structure ranging from the RW, Village, to the national level. At each level, a driving team is needed to be able to carry out the main tasks of the PKK.
One of the tasks of the PKK Mobilization Team at the village level is to carry out administrative order. This orderly administration is very closely related to the team's ability to be able to manage PKK data well. This good data management starts from the process of storing data, processing data, analyzing data and sharing data to facilitate coordination, especially when pandemic conditions where physical meetings in large quantities are minimized in frequency. Meanwhile, for the current condition the PKK Village Mobilization Team in Bandung Regency still requires additional knowledge related to data management activities that will support the village PKK for orderly administration and have good data documentation so that training will be given related to this good data management.
The Community Service Team from Telkom University of S-1 Study Program Industrial Engineering, chaired by Mrs. Murni Dwi Astuti, ST, MT, consists of Mr. Denny Sukma Eka Atmaja, ST, M.Sc. and Mrs. Ayudita Oktafiani, ST, M.Sc. Trying to add to the PKK Insight of the Village Secretary on Data Management and assist the PKK of the Village Secretary to carry out data management related to PKK data through data management training activities for PKK Village Secretary in Bandung Regency. This activity was held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 online through the zoom platform attended by approximately 11 participants. The material presented includes Overview Microsoft Excel, Logic Functions , Sorting Data, Data Filtering , Google Form and Google Drive. Participants participated actively during the training session. The majority of participants gave a positive response related to the material delivered during the training.
