 Signing of diploma

Industrial Engineering Faculty

Announced to prospective graduates who have been declared graduated from the Judicium Academic Session, are required to attend Laak Fri Ged. Karang C109 to confirm the final printout of diploma and signing of the diploma according to the following schedule:

 By fulfilling this invitation:

1.   Bring a black and white photo of a 4 × 6 white background of DOFF paper (not glossy) without a border/as many as 3 pieces of edges.
2.   Diploma print errors and academic transcripts can be avoided. For diplomas that have been signed by the leadership of the university, a replacement diploma cannot be made if there are print errors for any reason.
3.   For alumni who cannot attend the specified schedule, they can sign a diploma when taking diplomas and academic transcripts in the Standard and Academic Services (BSLA) section.
4.   Must apply a health protocol by using a mask and keeping distance when entering the campus area.

Information Legalized Academic Diploma & Transcript

The process of legalizing diplomas and academic transcripts is carried out at BAA Telkom University, Building Bangkit 1st Floor, with the following conditions:

1. The Repro process is legalized based on requests from alumni
2. For the legalized copy process, a package of 1 package is Rp. 60,000 (sixty thousand rupiah), through the Virtual Account of Telkom University BNI Account: 8-321-04- {NIM}, proof of deposit was brought during the legalization submission. Payment can also be made through an EDC machine in BSLA using a bank debit card.
3. Copy of Diploma and Academic Transcript can be taken after the Repro process and signing by Deputy Dean I (in accordance with Permenristekdikti No. 81 of 2014) with a process time of approximately 5 (five) working days.
4. The maximum limit for taking the Legalized Repro set is 1 calendar since the legalization submission
