Registration and implementation of TPB Special Examination for Student Academic Year 2018/2019
Within the Faculty of Industrial Engineering

To: Student of the Academic Year 2018/2019 Faculty of Industrial Engineering
In connection with the stipulation of the status of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) emergency status in Telkom University, as follows:
- Rector Circular Letter Number: 035/SKR4/Rek/2020 concerning Delay in the Implementation of Telkom University Academic Sivitas Activities which involves large amounts of masses as an effort to spread the corona virus disease (Covid-19);
- Rector Circular Number: 040/SKR4/Rek/2020 concerning Anticipation of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in the Telkom University environment;
- Rector Circular Letter Number: 045/SKR4/Rek/2020 concerning Emergency Status Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in the Telkom University environment;
- Deputy Rector I Circular Letter Number: 003/AKD01/WR1/2020 concerning Study Period Policy for Students Delayed Study Period (HMS) and Semester 4 Students who have not passed the Semester 1 Covid-19 Emergency Period in Telkom University.
Based on this, the activity of the TPB Special Examination at the Industrial Engineering Faculty is as follows:
- PARTICIPANT
- 2018 class student
- Students participating in special exams are students who have not graduated in Level I course (semesters 1 and 2) and have repeated the course in semester 3 or 4.
- The lowest letter value for the criteria for passing courses at the level of undergraduate study programs for Level L, LL and LLL courses is D, except for LV level courses as well as for the course of character development and nationality (Religion, Pancasila, Citizenship, and Indonesian language) The lowest letter value is C.
- The maximum value of the special exam is c and will be determined through academic sessions.
- For students who have repeated but have not passed the course held in semester 1, the choice is given to make improvements through special examinations or repeat again in the 5th semester of the 2020/2021 school year, whereas if those who have not graduated are semester 2 courses, then the improvement of the course can be done through a special exam.
- For students who have not passed the Level I course in semester 1 and have never repeated the course in semester 3, then students are required to repeat the course in the odd semester 2020/2021
- The testified course is specialized
- All Level I Subjects (Semester 1 and 2)
- Each student can take a special examination of 2 courses

Stage 1: Registration
Stage 2: Academic Session, to evaluate whether students who have been registered
are feasible or not to get a special examination
Stage 3: Implementation of Special Examination
Stage 4: Announcement of Special Examination Results
- Special Examination Implementation
- The Special Examination was carried out on July 27 - July 31, 2020
- The mechanism for implementing the Special Examination is fully submitted to the lecturer
Special Examination Implementation
- Students apply for a special exam to the Guardian Lecturer
- Guardian lecturer verifies the requirements
- Guardian lecturer submit a special exam registration to the faculty
- The Faculty of Industrial Engineering Establishs a Special Examination Schedule
- The Faculty of Engineering Industry held an Academic Session for Special Examination Graduation
